3/11 Nome, AK part 1

The finish line waiting for some action. Still one more day to go before we expect to see any mushers.
Our studly friend Jamie Saghafi. He, Kylie, and I went a little snow-shoeing hike seaward. With some of the lighter fresher snow, it's a little more work than I'd expected. Not to mention that I'm packing about 30lbs of Kylie plus gear.

We're still all smiles though! The wind was blowing good that day my friend.
