April 16 - 26th Kauai (Set 7)

Now we celebrate Traci's Birthday at dinner. Traci's parents took us to Keoki's Paradise, which is in the Poipu shopping village. It's a neat restaurant in that the back half is open to a garden with pools and waterfalls.

I finally achieved my lifelong goal of learning to surf. Here's the beach at 8:30AM. It was so nice having my lessons when no one was around. My instructor and I had the ocean to ourselves. (Garden Island Surf School for your reference).
