Sabbatical Blog: 9/27 St. Augustine, FL

9/27 St. Augustine, FL
My dad took the day off today. So we made a journey to the old town of St. Augustine. It’s about a 30 minute drive from my dad’s house. We quickly found the Savannah Candy shop, and picked up 2 lbs of this sweet treat that Traci now loves. We had lunch at a place nearby where we could sit on the patio. Kylie was napping in the stroller… but she eventually woke up when the Waitress asked Traci about ordering something else. It’s funny how Kylie can sleep through loud noises and such, but some little thing will just wake her up from a sleep.

Tonight was the night that we decided to have dinner/breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Traci was wanting to do this the whole trip. Namely for their breakfast, but after looking over the menu… she decided she wanted dinner instead. Oh well, my food was good!

Just a quick snapshot on St. George St.

After walking off some of our lunch, we let Kylie run around a bit.

She was having such a blast running and playing.
And being curious.

Kylie had a good lunch... you can tell by how full her belly is.Marvelling at the statue.

We were told that this is a Passion Fruit Flower. It's very pretty and interesting.
Bye bye, St. Augustine... until next time.
